This role is for a dedicated 2nd Level IT Support Specialist focused on maintaining and administering customer systems, primarily within the realm of IT Security and Managed Services. The specialist will be responsible for proactively updating existing IT solutions, meticulously documenting customer systems and IT environments, and actively participating in various client projects. A key daily function involves independently handling 2nd-level inquiries through a ticketing system, ensuring sustainable resolution of technical challenges. The ideal candidate must possess an IT-related qualification or equivalent practical experience, preferably two years of professional experience in a system house or IT service environment. This position offers a fully remote work setup within an established IT security expert company based in Germany, requiring strong German and good English communication skills.
