Job Summary

This role involves hands-on technical service and installation work within the telecommunications sector, focusing on customer connectivity and network maintenance. The technician will be responsible for managing customer connection cases, including activating and deactivating services, installing individual connections using Docsis and ONT technologies, and troubleshooting faults in network levels NE 3 and NE 4 (Coax and Fiber Optic). A key part of the job is participating in emergency fault resolution (Havarieentstörung) and being part of the on-call service rotation. Candidates must be qualified skilled workers with experience in the communications industry, proficiency in Docsis and PON technologies, basic Windows knowledge, and fluent German skills.
