This role involves developing analog and high-frequency (RF) board assemblies for airborne radio equipment, adhering strictly to guidelines like RTCA DO-254 for electronic hardware development. Key responsibilities include designing, simulating, and optimizing circuits—such as power amplifiers, RF frontends, and synthesizer modules—and selecting appropriate components. The developer will also conduct design reviews, define testing procedures, and qualify assemblies and devices for serial production. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF/Communications Technology and have professional experience in analog hardware development, RF engineering, and PCB design. Proficiency in relevant hardware design tools and programming experience, ideally in Python, are also required, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer seeking challenging work in aviation technology.
