Job Summary

This role involves the design, development, and optimization of embedded software for advanced sensor and communication systems. The Embedded Software Developer will be responsible for creating innovative sensor and evaluation systems, ensuring seamless integration with hardware, and implementing various fieldbus protocols like CANopen and Industrial Ethernet. A key focus is developing functionally safe and Cybersecurity (CRA)-compliant firmware. The ideal candidate must possess proven experience in embedded software and firmware development using the C programming language for microcontrollers, along with a deep understanding of sensor technologies, communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART), and embedded hardware components (ADCs, microcontrollers). The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including hardware and construction, and participation in technical documentation and internal product training.
