Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically proficient engineer eager to serve as the key Product Specialist for complex systems, bridging the gap between development, sales, and the customer base. Day-to-day responsibilities involve building and multiplying product and system knowledge, acting as the 2nd Level Technical Support via various channels (email, phone, online/onsite meetings), and providing strategic backbone support to the international 1st Level Application Support team. The Application Engineer will also perform technical application analyses, specify customized solutions, and manage resulting projects. A core function is transferring technical knowledge to and from the market to inform future product and industry strategies. This position requires solid practical knowledge in complex technical products, a degree in a relevant engineering field, and strong written and spoken professional English, with limited travel required (10-20%).
