Job Summary

This role involves joining the AI team at ANLEI-Service GmbH in Kassel to develop, train, and optimize AI/ML models, spanning from classical methods to modern Deep Learning approaches, contributing to solutions with genuine social value. Key day-to-day responsibilities include preparing data, building and operating robust data pipelines (including debugging and Feature Engineering), and deploying models into production cloud environments, such as Kubernetes, ensuring stable and performant execution. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Mathematics, excellent productive Python skills, and a solid understanding of ML fundamentals and data preparation techniques. Collaboration is crucial, requiring close teamwork with Data Scientists, DevOps, developers, and specialist departments to continuously test, monitor, and improve existing models and pipelines.
