Job Summary

This role is for a Machine Learning Engineer to join the AI team at ANLEI-Service GmbH in Kassel, focusing on developing AI solutions with significant social value, particularly for social and integration assistance programs across Germany. The engineer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI/ML models, including developing, training, and optimizing models ranging from classic methods to modern deep learning approaches. Key day-to-day tasks involve preparing data, building and operating robust data pipelines (including debugging and feature engineering), and deploying models into productive cloud environments like Kubernetes to ensure stable and performant execution. Candidates need a strong background in Computer Science or Data Science, excellent Python skills for production code, and a solid understanding of ML fundamentals, coupled with initial experience in CI/CD, containers, or Kubernetes.
