Job Summary

The ANLEI-Service GmbH, a subsidiary of the LWV Hessen located in Kassel, is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI team. This role is crucial for developing AI solutions that provide real social added value, supporting complex administrative processes for social service providers nationwide. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, training, and optimizing AI/ML models, spanning from classical methods to modern deep learning approaches. The engineer will also manage data, create and operate data pipelines, including debugging and feature engineering. A core function involves deploying models into productive cloud environments, such as Kubernetes, and ensuring their stable and performant execution, alongside continuous quality assurance and monitoring. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong Python skills for productive code, and a solid understanding of ML fundamentals and data preparation techniques.
