Job Summary

This leadership role involves spearheading the global IT Infrastructure and IT Services for the HARTMANN Group, focusing on creating a high-performing, secure, and scalable IT platform. The Head of IT Infrastructure & IT Services will be responsible for defining the global infrastructure strategy, driving the shift from classical infrastructure to a modern, cloud-based, service-oriented IT organization, and managing worldwide IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud platforms, and workplace services. Key requirements include a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, extensive leadership experience in global IT infrastructure, and proven expertise in enterprise IT architecture design and operation. The ideal candidate must possess strategic foresight, strong decision-making skills, and be fluent in English to lead international, interdisciplinary teams and ensure robust security and governance across all infrastructure decisions.
