This role is ideal for a dedicated Specialist Digital App & Solution Support professional eager to contribute to the healthcare sector by ensuring the seamless operation of digital (medical) applications. The core responsibility involves providing expert 2nd Level Support, meticulously analyzing and documenting support requests, and collaborating globally with 1st and 3rd Level support teams, as well as internal development teams, to achieve sustainable solutions. A key component of the job is maintaining the knowledge database and actively supporting the integration of new apps, solutions, and devices into the support structure, including participation in rollout and release testing (Hypercare). Candidates must possess initial professional experience in digital app support, strong service orientation, and proficiency in industry-standard Service Management Tools like Salesforce and ServiceNow.
