Job Summary

This role involves the end-to-end steering of a strategic growth initiative focused on the incontinence market, specifically targeting the pharmacy sector. The Growth Initiative Manager is responsible for translating strategic goals into actionable plans, including defining timelines and resource allocation. Key daily tasks include taking overall responsibility for planning, prioritization, implementation, and tracking of the initiative, ensuring structured project and risk management, and monitoring relevant KPIs. The manager will also lead the operative execution of both online and offline marketing measures, ensuring consistent target audience communication and quality. Success in this 24-month fixed-term position requires strong analytical capabilities, proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Management), and reporting performance insights directly to senior management and stakeholders.
