The Scientific Associate will utilize modern technology, including Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Liquid Biopsy analyses, integrating expertise into routine diagnostics. Key responsibilities include optimizing NGS evaluation pipelines, developing new analytical procedures to expand the somatic diagnostics portfolio, and ensuring all tasks adhere to certified quality management systems (ISO 9001/ISO 15189). Candidates should possess a degree in Biology or a comparable natural science field, professional experience in molecular pathology/oncological diagnostics, and proficiency with specific LIS and genetic databases like Varvis and QCI.
