This part-time (19.5 hours/week) role, based in Landshut, involves coordinating and ensuring all aspects of occupational health and safety within the Building Supervisory Office. Key responsibilities include organizing, conducting, and documenting workplace inspections, employee training, and workshops. The coordinator will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining essential safety documentation, such as workplace condition assessments (formerly risk assessments), hazardous substance registers, operational instructions, and fire safety regulations, primarily for the Department of Construction and Environment. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in middle non-technical administrative service (Qualification Level 2) or equivalent administrative qualification (e.g., Administrative Specialist)

Experience

  • Completed vocational training in middle non-technical administrative service (Qualification Level 2) or successful completion of Employee Course 1, or completed training as an Administrative Specialist
  • Professional experience in the public sector with contact points to occupational safety (advantageous)
  • Technical basic understanding and interest in technical requirements
