Job Summary
This role involves essential administrative and financial support within the Building Authority Services of the City of Landshut, focusing primarily on accounting, controlling, and inventory management. Key responsibilities include precise time and performance recording for personnel, equipment, and materials, as well as managing, processing, and settling work orders. The successful candidate will independently handle all bookkeeping tasks (Anordnungswesen), manage key inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate fuel orders for the authority's tank facilities. Candidates must possess a completed administrative vocational qualification (Verwaltungsfachangestellte) or equivalent public service training. Strong IT skills, particularly proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), are mandatory, along with a reliable, meticulous, and responsible work ethic. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte) in general internal/municipal administration, OR successful completion of the Employee Course I (Beschäftigtenlehrgang I), OR completed training as a Civil Servant in the middle non-technical administrative service (QE 2).
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration or municipal administration is strongly implied by required qualifications
- Experience in independent execution of bookkeeping tasks (Anordnungswesen)
- Experience with key management and stock monitoring

Additional
- Fixed-term contract duration. Must be willing and able to quickly familiarize oneself with new IT programs. Requires flexibility during high workloads.
