Job Summary

This part-time, fixed-term role involves providing essential First-Level User Support for approximately 1500 municipal workstations (hardware, software, PCs, notebooks, and peripherals). Key daily tasks include managing the support hotline, processing tickets and personal workflow requests, administering telecommunications systems, and handling user account management (creation, permissions, software assignment). The administrator is also responsible for hardware support, including device exchange, imaging, error analysis, inventory management, and office moves across city properties. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist or equivalent, extensive practical experience in information technology, and strong knowledge of current Windows operating systems. Experience in municipal IT environments is advantageous.
