Job Summary

This strategic role involves leading and shaping internal programs focused on enhancing digital execution excellence within the Gas Services Controls & Digital division. The manager will report directly to the leadership team and be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that streamline execution standards across project management, engineering, sales, and product development. Day-to-day activities include setting program goals, tracking progress, developing standardized business processes to boost profitability, and supporting the reduction of non-conformity costs. The ideal candidate brings several years of project management experience, excellent interpersonal skills for cross-border stakeholder management, and fluency in both German and English. This position is critical for preparing the digital execution team for future challenges and requires a high personal drive and willingness to travel 20–30%.
