Job Summary
As a Service Manager for the AI Orchestration Platform, you will take end-to-end ownership of service quality and operations for a platform supporting advanced AI technologies like Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Your daily responsibilities involve governing service standards, ensuring SLA compliance, and managing the relationship with a Managed Service Provider (MSP). You will work closely with Technical Data and AI Architects to ensure platform stability, security, and scalability. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical operations. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Extensive professional experience in Service Management, IT Operations, or Vendor Management in complex environments
- Proven experience managing Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and enforcing SLAs/KPIs
- Practical experience with cloud architectures and ML/AI platforms
- Hands-on experience using SQL and Python for analysis or monitoring
- Experience in procurement processes and vendor governance
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and leadership
Languages
Additional
- Knowledge of SAP (MM or FI) required; experience with ITIL frameworks required; position supports global operations for Siemens Energy.
