Job Summary

This role involves joining a highly skilled onshore team in Eberswalde, focusing on the maintenance, repair, and inspection of wind energy systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, replacing defective components, and ensuring meticulous documentation of all work performed. You will work in small teams, often returning home in the evenings, and participate in extra-compensated on-call duties to ensure 24/7 operational readiness of the turbines. The ideal candidate is a qualified Electronics Technician or Electrician, ideally with experience in wind energy, possessing strong knowledge of control technology, power electronics, and hydraulics. Critical requirements include being physically fit, comfortable working at great heights, and having at least intermediate proficiency in German (B2) to communicate effectively during operations.
