Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled Electronics Technician or Electrician eager to contribute to the renewable energy sector by ensuring the 24/7 operational readiness of onshore wind turbines. Day-to-day responsibilities involve working in small teams to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems at great heights. The technician will diagnose and fix faults, replace defective components, and meticulously document all work performed. Candidates should be comfortable working at height, possess a background in control engineering, power electronics, and ideally, general mechanics. This position offers extensive training, a strong team environment, and the opportunity to drive the energy transition forward while typically returning home every evening, as deployment locations are near the residence.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Electrician, or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in maintenance and repair of technical systems
  • Experience in the wind energy sector (ideal, but not mandatory)
  • Willingness to participate in extra-paid on-call duty (Bereitschaftsdienste)

German (Fluent)
