Job Summary

This role is ideal for a service-oriented technician eager to support the renewable energy sector by providing crucial technical assistance for Nordex wind turbines. Based in Hof (Rhineland-Palatinate), you will be the primary technical support contact, nationally and internationally, for field service technicians, addressing issues related to electrical and electronic components. Daily tasks involve developing detailed repair processes, planning and documenting component repairs, analyzing service reports, and actively contributing to product improvements and problem resolution. Candidates must possess a background in electrical or mechatronics technology, strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and proficiency in MS Office.
