Job Summary

As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be the specialist for implementing, deploying, and supporting IT infrastructure and its users across various client sites in the Ulm area. Your day-to-day will involve ensuring on-site services meet agreed-upon SLAs, managing end-user devices like laptops, mobile devices, and printers in complex network environments, and providing hands-on support for local networks and servers. You will also handle IT hardware installations, moves, and de-installations, configure workplace equipment, and conduct user training. This role requires close collaboration with clients, their IT departments, and other IT professionals to ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, excellent hardware and operating system support skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
