Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be the specialist for implementing, providing, and supporting IT infrastructure and its users. Your daily tasks will involve ensuring on-site services at various client locations, adhering to agreed SLAs, and managing end-user devices in complex, networked environments, including laptops, mobile devices, and printers. You will handle the installation, relocation, dismantling, and replacement of IT hardware, perform basic configurations, and manage material and inventory. This role requires close collaboration with clients, their IT departments, and other IT professionals to ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a professional IT qualification or at least four years of IT experience, strong general IT understanding, and expertise in Windows operating systems and Microsoft environments.
