Job Summary

As an IT Systems Technician in Munich, you will be the frontline support for various clients, providing essential onsite IT services. Your daily tasks will involve diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues, installing and configuring client workstations, and handling service calls within client environments. You'll also be responsible for hardware repairs, including desktops, notebooks, and printers, and managing hardware relocations with full setup and cabling. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a quick entry into the IT sector, providing a long-term career perspective with stable, predictable working hours. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT vocational training, initial professional experience in Microsoft environments, and strong user knowledge of Windows 10 and general hardware/network systems. A valid Class B driving license is also required for on-site client visits.
