Job Summary

This role offers comprehensive training to become a German and European Patent Attorney within a prestigious Intellectual Property firm in Frankfurt. The successful candidate, ideally with a background in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or IT, will gain deep insight into all facets of industrial property rights. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting experienced patent attorneys, drafting patent applications in consultation with inventors, formulating opinions on the success prospects of applications based on search reports, and assisting in opposition and appeal proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) and the European Patent Office (EPO). Required Skills

Education

University degree (Master's or equivalent) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or IT; Doctorate (optional)
