Job Summary

This role is for a Specialist in Organic Chemistry, focusing on bridging the gap between R&D and chemical production. Key responsibilities include managing the technology transfer of new production processes, developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting synthesis and purification methods for organic active ingredients. The specialist will conduct, adapt, and validate production processes from lab scale through to scale-up, while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, GMP/GxP regulations, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, USDA). Success in this position requires a degree in organic chemistry or equivalent professional experience, combined with strong practical knowledge of preparative organic chemistry, purification, and analytical techniques like HPLC.
