Job Summary

As a Polarion Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) workflows for high-profile clients within a regulated environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing expert end-user support, managing document workflows, and analyzing system issues to implement sustainable solutions. You will be the technical lead for developing Velocity-based render macros, designing dynamic Wiki pages, and maintaining traceability matrices. Additionally, you will coordinate comprehensive testing phases—including regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)—to ensure compliance with FDA and ISO standards. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with IT and DevOps teams to manage operational releases and CI/CD pipeline integrations. Required Skills
