Job Summary

As an Organic Chemistry Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between research and commercial production. Your primary focus will be the technology transfer of new production processes from R&D to chemical manufacturing environments. Day-to-day, you will develop, optimize, and troubleshoot synthesis and purification methods for organic active ingredients. This includes performing process adjustments and validations from laboratory scale up to full production scale-up. You will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements such as GMP, GxP, FDA, and USDA. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams, as well as international project partners.
