Job Summary

This role involves establishing the foundation for future process-oriented workflows by expanding the existing process landscape, primarily focusing on process orientation and digitalization projects within a university setting. The consultant will analyze current organizational processes and systems, identify optimization potential, and design innovative target processes. A key responsibility is the independent implementation of digitalization projects using No-Code/Low-Code applications, including JavaScript, and adapting technical interfaces like SOAP and REST. The position requires leading cross-departmental digitalization initiatives, such as implementing the German Online Access Act (OZG) and the NRW E-Government Act (EGovG). Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant field, experience in digital transformation consulting, and strong knowledge of IT architecture and legal frameworks governing e-government.

Completed university or technical college degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science)

Experience

  • Professional experience in digital transformation consulting, administrative digitalization, and/or project and process management
  • Experience in developing and implementing digitalization strategies

  • The position is part-time (62.77%) and temporary until September 30, 2027 (maternity leave cover). Must be eligible for public sector employment (TV-L pay scale). Work location is Lippstadt.
