This role involves the administration, configuration, and ongoing development of the d.velop d.3 Document Management System (DMS) within a university setting. The specialist will be crucial in the digital transformation efforts, focusing on optimizing business processes by establishing, maintaining, and refining filing structures, file plans, and access hierarchies. Key responsibilities include developing complex authorization structures, implementing roles and rights concepts, and translating departmental requirements into effective DMS solutions. The position requires expertise in workflow implementation, metadata modeling, quality assurance, testing, and providing technical user support for d.3, including updates and migrations.
