Job Summary

This role involves supporting the newly established Portfolio Board within the Digital Transformation department of a university setting. The core responsibilities include operational tasks within the Project Management Office (PMO), such as maintaining the project portfolio, preparing status meetings, and generating reports. A key focus is supporting Project Managers with agile project management methodologies and tools. Furthermore, the staff member will be responsible for modeling captured business processes using the BIC Process Design software within the process landscape. This position requires a highly motivated, service-oriented individual with strong communication skills who can manage diverse tasks and maintain clarity even under pressure, contributing significantly to the expansion of the university's project portfolio management.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree suitable for the role (e.g., Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Administrative Sciences, Business Administration) OR completed vocational training combined with several years of relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Interest and preferably initial experience in project and portfolio management
  • Interest and preferably initial experience in process modeling
  • Professional experience in a relevant field (if applying with vocational training instead of a degree)
