Job Summary
This Junior IT Support Administrator role involves providing essential First-Level Support, acting as the primary technical contact for apprentices, teachers, and staff regarding IT systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing user accounts, permissions, and handling Surface tablets used by apprentices. A key aspect of the role is supporting the implementation of a new training and further education system, and actively contributing to the design and shaping of the organization's new IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent, possess strong service orientation, and bring hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Intune, and Teams, alongside foundational knowledge in server and SQL database administration.
