Job Summary

This role involves critical field service and installation work within the communication industry, focusing on maintaining and expanding customer connectivity. The technician will handle case processing, activate and deactivate customer connections, and install individual connections using Docsis and ONT technologies. A significant part of the job includes troubleshooting customer connections in network levels NE 3 and NE 4 (coaxial and fiber optic), as well as responding to emergency outages (Havarieentstörung). Candidates must be skilled tradespeople with experience in the communications sector, possess knowledge of Docsis and PON technology, and have basic Windows skills.
