Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Metrology Technician seeking a full-time, permanent position in quality assurance within the metal processing industry in Hagen. The core responsibilities involve meticulously inspecting manufactured and processed parts using advanced measuring equipment, including 3D coordinate measuring machines, 3D scanners, digital measuring stations, and Keyence devices. Day-to-day tasks include detailed documentation of measurements, generating initial sample inspection reports, monitoring the production process for quality adherence, and handling customer complaints (reclamations). Candidates must possess a strong technical background, preferably a completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., as a Mechatronics Technician or Industrial Mechanic), coupled with proven experience or further training in metrology. Success in this position requires a precise, independent, and solution-oriented approach, combined with excellent technical understanding and a high quality awareness.
