Electronics Technician for Service Engineering (Field Service) | Elektroniker (m/w/d) Servicetechnik

Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Specialist to join a service engineering team focused on industrial automation technology. The core responsibilities involve field service, including the installation and commissioning of new systems, as well as the regular maintenance and servicing of existing equipment at customer sites. Candidates will also be responsible for training customer personnel, conducting pre-delivery assembly and testing of new systems, and meticulously documenting all work performed through service reports and protocols. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in the assembly and commissioning of mechatronic systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to travel regionally and internationally for service assignments. Basic knowledge of STEP7 and/or TIA-Portal is desirable, alongside good English proficiency.
