Job Summary

This role involves critical commercial order planning and processing for maintenance measures within the rail infrastructure sector, specifically focusing on permanent way (Oberbau). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and creating maintenance orders in SAP R/3 Network, ensuring timely defect resolution by monitoring deadlines, and coordinating regularly with system managers to accurately classify and track order notifications. Key responsibilities also include performing monthly and annual financial closings and conducting order inventories. Candidates should possess a technical qualification, preferably in maintenance fields such as signaling, track, or electrical systems, and ideally bring professional experience in transport infrastructure or maintenance. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally initial SAP knowledge are essential for managing the technical and commercial aspects of rail infrastructure maintenance planning.
