Job Summary

This Senior Engineer role within DB Engineering & Consulting involves the independent management and execution of complex projects focused on contaminant and waste management across Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating sampling concepts and reports for soil and hazardous substance investigations, conducting fieldwork (including sampling, hazardous building material exploration, and waste-related construction supervision), and evaluating analysis results. A key component of the role is the creation of utilization and disposal concepts (BoVEK) for soil, ballast, and building materials, alongside proactive contract and change order management. This position requires a background in Geosciences, Environmental Technology, or Civil/Environmental Engineering, coupled with professional experience in project management and a strong understanding of relevant German waste and contamination laws (e.g., EBV, BBodSchV, LAGA). The role offers the opportunity to contribute to Germany's critical infrastructure development.
