Job Summary

This critical role involves leading the track maintenance team in Eisenach, ensuring the continuous availability of railway track systems for safe, punctual, and economical operations. The Team Leader is responsible for managing all aspects of order processing, including inspection, maintenance, fault resolution, and repair, while adhering to cost-efficiency principles. Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership to team members, collaborating closely with the District Manager, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection regulations. Candidates must possess a qualification such as an IHK Master Craftsman in Track Construction or equivalent training, coupled with multi-year professional experience and strong technical knowledge in permanent way systems. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/R3 Netz is also required, along with a willingness to participate in on-call duty.
