This role involves managing the technical training infrastructure and examination processes for Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth. The Technical Training Manager will be responsible for asset management across both civil and military contexts, including maintaining classroom equipment (computers, tablets, touchscreens) and managing inventory like furniture and specialized literature. A core component of the job is Hangar and Dock Management, involving supervising helicopter docks, coordinating tool and spare parts logistics, and overseeing repairs. Furthermore, the manager will handle examination and quality assurance duties, including conducting and correcting tests, documenting results, and leading digital innovation projects to visualize complex technical content (e.g., creating cutaway models). The ideal candidate must possess a technical background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or aviation, coupled with extensive professional experience in the aerospace industry and strong IT affinity for modern hardware and visualization software.
