Job Summary

This role is for an IT Field Service Technician in Düsseldorf, joining an expanding IT consulting firm specializing in Information and Communication Technology services. The technician will be responsible for providing comprehensive on-site IT support, including managing the PC inventory, performing data backups, and executing system installations. A core part of the job involves carrying out IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change) for both new and used hardware, along with installing operating systems and various application programs. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or an IT System Electronics Specialist, coupled with knowledge of hardware, peripherals, and standard Microsoft operating systems.
