Job Summary

This role requires a technically astute and results-driven individual to serve as a Technical Sales Manager, focusing on low-voltage switchgear and complete power supply systems across Southern Germany and Europe. The core responsibilities include securing order intake, cultivating new strategic customer relationships, and managing existing accounts within the industrial (Automotive, Machinery, Food) and infrastructure sectors (Datacenters, Public Sector). Daily tasks involve providing expert technical consultation, developing tailored solutions, drafting technical and contractual proposals, and acting as the primary interface between clients and the internal project management team. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering and sales expertise in electrical power supply, ideally coupled with experience in control cabinet construction, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in German, positioning them to actively shape the company's future sales strategy based on market trends.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Certified Electrical Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in the field of electrical power supply sales
  • Professional experience in control cabinet construction (preferred)
  • Professional experience in customer acquisition and account management
