Job Summary

This role seeks a technically proficient sales professional to ensure order intake and drive strategic new business for Omexom's Low Voltage Switchgear and complete Power Supply Systems division. The representative will be responsible for positioning the company as a reliable partner, acquiring new clients, and managing existing customer relationships primarily across Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, and Hesse, with occasional travel across Europe. Key responsibilities include providing technical consulting, developing customized solutions, creating contractual offers, and acting as the interface between clients and project management. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering and sales expertise in electrical power supply, coupled with strong negotiation skills and market knowledge, enabling them to shape the sales strategy based on market trends and competitor activity.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technician qualification, or a comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in sales within the electrical energy supply sector
  • Professional experience in switch cabinet construction (preferred)
  • Professional experience in customer acquisition and retention
  • Experience in technical consulting and solution finding
