Job Summary

This role seeks a technically proficient and sales-driven professional to manage and expand the power supply systems business for Omexom, a division specializing in low-voltage switchgear and complete power supply infrastructure. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for positioning the company as a reliable partner, securing order intake, and cultivating new strategic customer relationships, primarily across Southern Germany (Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, and Hesse), but also throughout Europe. Day-to-day tasks involve providing technical consultation, developing tailored solutions, drafting contractual and technical offers, and serving as the primary interface between clients and the project management team. The ideal candidate possesses deep sales expertise in electrical power supply and technical competence in switchgear construction, coupled with strong negotiation skills and a proactive, goal-oriented approach to market observation and sales strategy development.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or certified Electrical Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical power supply sales
  • Professional experience in switchgear construction (preferred)
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and securing order intake
