Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous optimization of IT-supported logistics processes within a new cold storage warehouse. The WMS/TMS Key User acts as the primary interface between operational teams, central IT, and external partners, leveraging technical expertise and a hands-on approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the functionality of the Warehouse Management System, implementing system optimizations, coordinating change requests with central IT and customers, and acting as the main point of contact during system disruptions (Incident Management). The ideal candidate brings a background in IT, commercial, or logistics fields, strong analytical skills, and experience with warehouse processes and systems.
