As a Logistics Controller at our newest logistics center in Alsdorf, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational efficiency of a global contract logistics provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing data integrity, preparing complex reports for clients, and conducting deep-dive data analyses to identify trends and optimization potentials across end-to-end workflows. You will act as a key point of contact for operational processes such as customer complaints, returns, and inbound flows, while driving a culture of continuous improvement (KVP).
