Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating complex installation projects for medium and low voltage systems within energy supply and distribution. The Site Manager will oversee the entire execution process, from installation and commissioning through to final handover to the customer. Key responsibilities include managing site resources, scheduling timelines, ensuring adherence to safety regulations by conducting risk assessments and training, and providing technical leadership to installation teams and apprentices. The successful candidate must possess a technical electrical background, substantial experience in primary and secondary technology assembly, and proven expertise in managing electrical site projects. Strong communication skills, familiarity with relevant standards (DIN, IEC), and proficiency in MS Office are essential for coordinating effectively with customers, authorities, and various trades, while also identifying and negotiating potential additional services.
