Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support and customer consultation, focusing on diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Key responsibilities include the administration of Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, and cloud services, alongside managing user accounts and policies within Active Directory and Azure AD. The specialist will also support virtualization environments (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) and maintain firewall, VPN, and general network infrastructure. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification or extensive experience, particularly multi-year experience in IT support, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows Server technologies (2016+) and practical experience with modern network solutions and virtualization. The position offers high job security through an unlimited contract, flexible working hours, attractive compensation, and the benefit of two days of remote work per week.
