Job Summary
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will assume technical leadership of the Onsite Service Team, overseeing task distribution, quality control, and deployment planning to ensure seamless operational service delivery for the client. A core responsibility is maintaining service quality according to contractual SLAs and KPIs, requiring a proactive, solution-oriented presence at the customer site. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust customer relationships across all organizational levels, presenting service performance reports to management, and identifying opportunities for additional services or new business approaches. Success requires a background in IT or Business, several years of experience in customer-focused Service/Operations Management, proven team leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex political dynamics and conflicting goals with professionalism and diplomacy while driving continuous process improvement.

Completed vocational training or university degree in IT, Business, or a comparable field
Experience
