Job Summary

This role involves acting as a dedicated Compliance Management Specialist within the Compliance and Commercial Project Management team, focusing heavily on tax compliance matters for a public law entity. Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for tax law inquiries, independently developing organizational measures to ensure Tax Compliance (such as creating company-wide policies and work instructions), and engaging with external auditors and tax authorities. The specialist will also be crucial in optimizing tax processes, contributing to the development and evaluation of the Tax Compliance Management System (TCMS), and creating and delivering internal training programs to raise employee awareness. Ideal candidates must possess extensive knowledge of commercial accounting and tax theory, specific expertise in sales tax and corporate income tax, and high IT affinity, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
