Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive planning, control, and supervision of diverse projects focused on the expansion and renovation of the Worms wastewater treatment plant, which serves a population equivalent of 180,000. Key responsibilities include the design, new construction, and refurbishment of pumping stations and rainwater treatment facilities. The engineer will manage the entire project lifecycle, including creating technical specifications, tender documentation (VOB, HOAI, VgV compliant), overseeing external specialist planners, and acting as the client representative for construction projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on Underground Construction or Water Management, and possesses several years of professional experience in project execution, strong knowledge of wastewater technical processes, and familiarity with public sector administrative structures. Proficiency in MS Office and industry-standard CAD software is required, alongside a high level of commitment and structured work ethic.
