Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the continuous functionality and energy efficiency of complex building management systems (BMS) for the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) in the Koblenz/Diez region. The specialist will be responsible for inspecting, monitoring, programming, maintaining, and repairing large-scale heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and electro-technical systems. A key aspect of the role is acting as the deputy lead for personnel management and coordination, overseeing maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring the training of staff. The position also requires taking on the duties of the Responsible Electrical Professional (VEFK) for specific military properties, participating in required training, and performing on-call duty. Candidates must possess an electrical trade qualification complemented by a Master Craftsman or Technician certification in electrical engineering, along with relevant professional experience.
